Before diving in, you’ll meet with a team member to clarify your goals — whether it’s weight loss, improved fitness, or just hitting pause and finding peace. You’ll also have the option to participate in baseline testing to help measure your progress.

Goal-Setting Meeting: Define your purpose for being here.
Styku 3D Body Scan: Measures body composition, lean mass, and fat percentage.
Metabolic Rate Testing: Understand how many calories your body needs to function.
Baseline Workouts: Establish a starting point for strength and endurance.
2. PARTICIPATE
Follow the plan that works for YOU.
We offer full-day fitness and wellness programming — but you decide what to join. Whether you hit seven workouts or just one, every class, meal, and recovery session is designed to support your goals.

Balanced Nutrition: 3 meals + 2 snacks daily, customized to your calorie and macro needs.
Daily Workouts: HIIT, strength, cardio, yoga, boxing, stretching, and more — all scalable.
