Is The Farm strictly for weight loss?
While some of our guests focus on weight loss, it is not the only reason they attend, nor is it the primary way we encourage them to evaluate their progress at The Farm. Success is measured not just by weight loss and inches lost, but also by mental clarity, muscle gain, increased strength, enhanced mobility, and improved endurance. We emphasize overall well-being, ensuring our guests feel better both mentally and physically.

Our goal is to meet you exactly where you are on your fitness journey, providing support and encouragement every step of the way. We offer modifications for all physical levels and injuries to ensure that everyone can participate and experience positive results. You are welcome to engage at your own pace or fully participate in our programs, all within our professional and supportive environment.
What does a typical day look like at The Farm?
Each day at The Farm is thoughtfully balanced with nutrition, fitness, education, and self-care. Our fitness program is designed to provide a comprehensive whole-body workout that includes strength, mobility, cardio, and recovery sessions daily. We offer a diverse range of activities, including HIIT, weight lifting, boxing, hiking, biking, yoga, spin, and aquatic exercises.
Our schedules vary weekly, ensuring a wide variety of classes throughout your stay. This variety is balanced with repetition, so you gain confidence and the knowledge to continue your fitness activities when you return home.

What are the accommodation options?
Our guest cabins are located between the Main Lodge and The Barn. Each cabin has different configurations of single occupancy, double occupancy, and suites, with access to indoor and outdoor common areas.
If I book a shared room, will I be sharing the room with someone of the opposite gender?
While cabins are mixed gender, if you opt for a shared room, you will be paired with a roommate of the same gender.
What should I bring?
The most important items to bring are:

What is included in metabolic and body composition test?
Based on your goals, you may choose to participate in testing including a Styku body scan, Resting Metabolic Rate analysis and weight.

Styku Body Scan: This scan provides a detailed analysis of your body composition, including measurements of body fat, muscle mass, and inches.

Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) Test: This test measures your resting metabolic rate to understand how many calories your body needs at rest.

This information helps us determine your appropriate caloric intake and tailor our program recommendations to your personal goals.
For guests staying a week or more, we also offer follow-up testing close to departure to track and evaluate your progress during your stay.

How do day passes work?
For local guests, day passes are a great way to experience The Farm. Here is what you need to know about our day passes:

We offer day passes on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday

Included in our day passes are programming, lunch and afternoon snack and access to the property from 9AM CT to 5PM CT

Day pass guests are welcome to use our pool, hot tub, sauna, spa spaces along with all gym and recreational spaces

We offer day passes at $125 for 1, $550 for 5 or $1,000 for 10

What are the key venue procedures
Deposit Rules

50% deposit required at time of booking to secure room and rate. Remaining balance is required 7 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is received more than 7 days prior to date of arrive, the full refund amount is refunded. Within 7 days or arrival, deposit of full stay is forfeited.
Occupancy and Payments

Your credit card will be pre-authorized for all room incidental, services, tax charges and fees.

Guests must be 18+ to stay without an adult at The Farm.

Upon arrival, you will be asked to provide government-issued identification and your valid credit card for payment. Reservations without a valid payment method on file will be subject to cancellation.

All payments are due in U.S. funds only.

Room rates do not include applicable state and local taxes.

Payment Forms Accepted: Personal Checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We are a cashless property.
Parking

Complimentary parking is available on-site.
Smoking

The Farm is a non-smoking property with one designated smoking area. Any guest violating the non-smoking or open-flame policy in a guest room is subject to up to a $250 cleaning fee.
Pets

Pets are permitted at The Farm for a fee of $50 per night and a $250 cleaning fee.
Housekeeping

Daily housekeeping service will not be provided. Replacement linen and terry are available upon request.
Other Procedures

Safety is our #1 priority. The Farm team is trained in First Aid, AED (Defibrillator) and CPR. Please note the location of our AEDs in the Lodge and Arena. In the event of an emergency, always dial 911.

Please adhere to all signage on the property, including “employee only” spaces.

Verbal or physical abuse, harassment, theft, trespassing or misuse of The Farm property and assets is strictly prohibited and can lead to immediate dismissal from the property.
