Self-care isn’t just bubble baths and spa days. It’s about showing up for yourself in small, consistent ways: physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. But when life gets busy, it’s easy to lose track of what we actually need. That’s where a simple assessment can be eye-opening. Are you skipping meals but crushing it at work? Keeping your body strong but neglecting your relationships? Avoiding burnout requires more than rest—it takes intention and balance.

The Self-Care Assessment linked below invites you to pause and check in across seven core areas: Physical, Psychological, Emotional, Spiritual, Relationship, Workplace, and Overall Balance. It’s not about judgment or perfection. It’s about noticing patterns—what’s working, what’s missing, and where you might want to shift your attention. Sometimes even seeing the question “Do you allow yourself to laugh?” is enough to spark change. That awareness alone is powerful.

At The Farm, we believe in building that kind of connection. Every Thursday, guests are invited to walk through this assessment with Linda Nunn, our resident yoga teacher, massage therapist, and Reiki Master. With more than 20 years of experience, Linda brings a grounded, heart-centered approach to wellness that helps guests tune in and care for themselves in a deeper, more sustainable way. Whether through movement, stillness, or reflection, her sessions are a reminder that your well-being isn’t a luxury—it’s a foundation.

"Caring for myself is not self-indulgence, it is self-preservation.” ~ Audre Lorde
