The Program

The integrative wellness program focuses on balanced nutrition, inclusive fitness, education, and self-love practices.

EAT

Our Registered Dietician & Wellness Chef curates a fresh, delicious and balanced menu inclusive of breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks daily. Based on your goals, macros will be assigned, and you’ll likely enjoy ~1,250, ~1,500 or ~1,750 calories a day. We prioritize locally sourced ingredients, including fresh produce from farm gardens and eggs from our own chickens, ensuring quality and sustainability.

MOVE

Enjoy over 7 hours of daily movement with a wide variety of classes, including stretching, yoga, spin, boxing, HIIT, cardio, hiking, recreational activities, and more! Baseline instruction is provided to ensure proper form and reduce the risk of injury. Modifications are available for all movements and activities to suit your needs.

LEARN

Learn the fundamentals of wellness, fitness, and nutrition through educational talks and cooking demos, offered throughout the program (before, during, and after).  You'll receive recipes and workouts to support your success at home. Even after the program ends, stay connected with a supportive community to help keep you motivated and on track.

LOVE

Immerse yourself in daily programming from 7 AM to 7 PM, designed to nurture both body and mind. Enjoy personalized self-care activities such as rejuvenating massages, chiropractic care, one-on-one personal training, and tailored nutrition counseling. After the program, stay connected and motivated by joining The Farm alumni community and accessing our exclusive accountability group.
