Looking for a clean treat that satisfies without sabotaging your goals? These no-bake peanut butter balls are rich, chocolatey, and balanced enough to work as a quick snack or dessert—even if you're tracking macros or cutting back on sugar.

They're made with peanut butter powder, protein powder, and applesauce for a smooth, dough-like base that tastes indulgent but fuels well. No baking. No refined sugar. Just real ingredients you can feel good about. It’s no wonder these little bites are quickly becoming a go-to at The Farm.

🍫 What You’ll Need (For 12 Balls)

  • 3 cups + 2 tbsp PBfit (or any sugar-free peanut butter powder)

  • 4 scoops (30g each) vanilla protein powder (plant-based or whey)

  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce

  • 2 tsp sea salt

  • 1 cup Lily’s dark chocolate style baking chips (for coating)

🥄 How to Make Them

  1. In a large bowl, mix peanut butter powder, protein powder, and applesauce until a dough forms.

  2. Roll into 12 equal balls using about 1 tablespoon of dough each.

  3. Melt chocolate chips (double boiler or microwave).

  4. Dip each ball to fully coat, then place on a parchment-lined tray.

  5. Optional: Sprinkle with flaky sea salt, crushed nuts, or colorful sprinkles.

  6. Chill until set, then store in fridge or freezer.

✅ Texture + Topping Tips

  • Dough should feel like soft cookie dough—chill briefly if too sticky.

  • For glossier chocolate, stir in a teaspoon of oil before melting.

  • Want a lighter coating? Drizzle chocolate instead of dipping.
