These nachos start with crisp apple slices, then get layered with protein-rich peanut butter drizzle, a sprinkle of dark chocolate chips, shredded coconut, sliced almonds, and dried cranberries — finished with a dusting of cinnamon. You get sweet, salty, crunchy, and creamy in every bite.

📝 What You’ll Need:
Fresh apples (mix red + green)
PB Fit peanut butter
Chocolate or vanilla protein powder (gluten-free, dairy-free or plant-based)
Dried cranberries
Dark or stevia-sweetened chocolate chips
Unsweetened shredded coconut
Sliced almonds
Cinnamon
Lemon juice (to coat apples and prevent browning if you're not eating right away)
