It’s light, lemony, and loaded with 20–25 grams of protein—perfect after a workout, or as a guilt-free afternoon cool down. And the best part? You can whip it up in five minutes or less.

This is one of Laura’s favorite summer go-tos because it hits that nostalgic “frozen lemonade stand” vibe while still giving your body what it needs: protein, hydration, and balance. Plus, you can tweak it to your taste and consistency—drink it with a straw or eat it with a spoon.
🍋 Protein Frosted Lemonade
Prep Time: 5 minutes Serving Size: 8–12 oz Protein: 20–25g
Ingredients:
1 packet sugar-free powdered lemonade mix (like Wyler’s Light or Country Time Zero Sugar)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (30 cal)
1–2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice + a lemon slice for garnish
1 scoop vanilla whey protein or lemon-flavored clear whey
1–2 cups crushed or cubed ice (more for a thicker texture)
Optional: 2 Tbsp TruWhip whipped topping for a creamy finish
Plant-based option: Swap in vanilla or lemon soy protein powder.
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth, thick, and frosty.
Pour into a chilled glass, top with TruWhip (if using), and garnish with a lemon slice.
Sip (or spoon) and enjoy!
Pro tip: Add a little water if you want it more drinkable. Go heavier on ice if you want it thick like a frozen treat.
