It’s endlessly customizable based on fruit preferences or dietary needs, and simple enough to throw together at home with minimal prep.
🍓 Base Recipe (Single Serving)
Each shake is around 150 calories with 15g protein, 10g carbs, and just 3g fat — making it a perfectly portioned choice to fuel your movement or recover after it.
What You’ll Need:
½ scoop protein powder
¼ cup frozen fruit (or ⅕ of a medium banana)
2 oz unsweetened almond milk (plain or vanilla)
2 oz water
4 oz ice
Optional add-ins:¼ tsp cinnamon, vanilla extract, or your favorite spices for added flavor
