It’s light, lemony, and loaded with 20–25 grams of protein—perfect after a workout, or as a guilt-free afternoon cool down. And the best part? You can whip it up in five minutes or less.
This is one of Laura’s favorite summer go-tos because it hits that nostalgic “frozen lemonade stand” vibe while still giving your body what it needs: protein, hydration, and balance. Plus, you can tweak it to your taste and consistency—drink it with a straw or eat it with a spoon.
