There’s something about a fudgy brownie that feels like pure indulgence—until you find out it’s made with black beans… and still tastes incredible. These protein-rich Black Bean Brownies are one of our favorite 8PM snacks at The Farm, and once you try them, you’ll understand why.
They're naturally gluten-free, dairy-free, and flourless—yet full of fiber, protein, and real chocolate flavor. You won’t believe what’s not in them.
Fudgy, satisfying, and shockingly nutritious, these brownies curb late-night cravings without undoing your progress. Plus, they’re quick to prep and easy to batch for the week.
Serving Size: 1 mini brownie bite
Yields: 12–16 bites using a mini muffin pan
Macros (1 brownie): 140–150 kcal | 8–10g protein | 10–12g carbs
This recipe is gluten-free, lactose-free, and dairy-free. Can be made nut-free by avoiding coconut oil.
For gooey brownies: remove while center still jiggles.
For firmer brownies: bake until a toothpick comes out cakey (but not fully clean).
